There are more Nigerian companies coming into scope than there are consultants to serve them one workbook at a time. The partner programme exists so advisory firms can take on the work at a margin that survives the fifth client.
A consultant-led reporting engagement is priced on effort, and most of that effort is not expertise. It is collection, chasing, reconciliation and formatting — work that is nearly identical across clients and that scales linearly with headcount. The first engagement is profitable because you priced it for the learning. The fifth is not, because you are doing the same manual work five times.
Moving that work into a platform changes the shape of the practice. The method, the factor set and the report templates already exist by the second engagement, so what your team sells becomes judgement — materiality, boundary, assurance readiness, the strategy narrative — rather than data entry.
That is also what protects the practice when clients eventually bring reporting in-house, as some will. A firm that sold data entry loses that work. A firm that sold judgement keeps it.
Each client’s sites, users and reporting years are separated, under one firm account with one invoice.
The same factor set applies across every engagement, so two consultants cannot quietly use two methods.
Staff are assigned to the clients they work on. Moving someone off an engagement removes their access to it.
Exports carry your firm’s or your client’s identity, generated from the same underlying disclosure.
See which engagements are behind, which are waiting on client data, and which are ready for review.
A method that worked for one manufacturer is the starting position for the next, not a file someone has to find.
We walk through your current engagement model, how many clients you expect to serve, and whether the platform actually fits how your practice works. If it does not, we will say so.
You run one real client through Emvert with our support, so the decision is based on your own reporting cycle rather than a demo dataset.
Workspaces are set up, your team is trained on the calculation and evidence model, and your house templates are loaded.
Where you refer a client who buys a direct licence, or where we refer advisory work to you, terms are agreed in writing in advance. We do not run an undisclosed commission arrangement behind a recommendation.
We do not publish a partner directory yet, because publishing one before it is real would mislead the buyers who read it. When firms have completed engagements on the platform and agreed to be named, this page will list them — and not before.
Emvert sells software; assurance, materiality assessment and strategy advisory are your work, not ours. Where a prospect needs advisory support we refer it out, and the Firm tier exists specifically so that preparing reports for clients is a first-class use of the product rather than a workaround.
Report exports can carry your firm’s or your client’s branding. The platform interface itself is Emvert-branded — a client who is being handed an audit trail should be able to see which system produced it, and so should their assurance provider.
The Firm tier is an annual licence in Naira, priced on the number of client workspaces rather than per seat, so adding a junior to an engagement does not change your bill. Exact pricing depends on portfolio size — a call ends with a written quote.
The client does. If an engagement ends, their workspace and its evidence can be exported to them or transferred to a direct licence. We will not hold a company’s emissions history hostage to a commercial dispute between them and their adviser.
Four questions, and you get the year you first file, the framework, and what to collect first.
