Pricing

Three annual tiers, all billed in Naira.

No dollar invoice, no FX exposure, and no procurement round to explain why a compliance tool is billed abroad. Final pricing depends on your entity and site count — a demo ends with a written quote.

Essentials

For companies starting their first FRC or SEC reporting cycle.

from
₦1,500,000/year
billed annually in Naira
First-cycle reporters, single entity
Most companies start here

Listed

For listed companies that must file a disclosure an auditor will test.

from
₦3,600,000/year
billed annually in Naira
NGX-listed companies and public interest entities

Firm

For consultants and advisory firms preparing reports for many clients.

from
₦7,800,000/year
billed annually in Naira
Advisory firms, audit practices, sustainability consultancies

Indicative annual pricing. Onboarding for your first reporting cycle is included. Reconstructing historic years is scoped and quoted separately. See how this compares with a consultant-led cycle.

Every feature, side by side.

The differences that matter are Scope 3, the framework mappings and the assurance export. Everything else scales with the size of your reporting problem.

Pricing questions

Asked before every quote

If your question is not here, ask it — you will get a direct answer rather than a callback.
Why is the price shown as “from”?

Because the honest answer depends on your shape: how many legal entities you report for, how many sites feed data in, and whether Scope 3 is in your first cycle. A demo ends with a written quote in Naira rather than a range you have to negotiate down from.

Is there a per-user charge?

No. Essentials includes up to ten users; Listed and Firm are unlimited. Adding a site manager who enters one meter reading a month should never be a budgeting decision — if it is, the data does not get entered.

Do you bill in dollars for international customers?

Emvert is priced and invoiced in Naira. That is a deliberate position, not a limitation: FX exposure on a compliance tool is a procurement problem, a budgeting problem and a renewal problem, and removing it is part of the product.

What happens if we stop paying?

You can export your full dataset — figures, calculations and evidence documents — at any time, including on the day you decide to leave. Lock-in should come from the product being good, not from the exit being painful.

Is implementation extra?

Onboarding for your first reporting cycle is included in the annual licence. Where a company wants us to sit with their team through a full cycle, or wants historic years reconstructed, that is scoped separately and quoted before any work starts.

Can we start mid-year?

Yes, and for most companies that is the right move. A licence starting today gives you a clean run at the remainder of the year, which is materially cheaper than reconstructing those months later from old invoices.

SEC 2027 · 105 days

A demo ends with a number, not a brochure.

Thirty minutes on your own reporting cycle, and a written quote in Naira based on your entity and site count.

Check your deadline

Four questions, and you get the year you first file, the framework, and what to collect first.

Read the requirement

Plain-language explainers of the FRC and SEC rules, ISSB S1 & S2, and what each asks you to disclose.
