A workspace per client, one method across all of them.

Advisory firms do not have a reporting problem. They have a repeatability problem: every new client means a new workbook, a new method, and a new set of assumptions that only one consultant understands.

One workspace per client under a single firm account, with staff assigned to the engagements they work on. The method and factor library are shared; the data never is.

What a firm account adds

Client workspaces

Each client’s data is separated, with its own sites, users and reporting years, under one firm account.

Shared factor library

One factor set applied across every engagement, so two consultants cannot quietly use two different methods.

Roles per engagement

Staff are assigned to the clients they work on. Moving someone off an engagement removes their access to it.

Client-branded exports

Deliverables carry your firm’s or your client’s identity, generated from the same underlying disclosure.

See which engagements are behind, which are awaiting client data, and which are ready for review.

Templates that carry forward

A method that worked for one manufacturer is a starting position for the next one, rather than a file someone has to find.

The margin argument

A consultant-led reporting engagement is priced on effort, and most of that effort is not expertise. It is collection, chasing, reconciliation and formatting — work that is identical across clients and that scales linearly with headcount.

Moving that work into a platform changes the shape of the engagement. The first client still costs what it costs. The fifth costs materially less, because the method, the factors and the templates already exist. What your team sells becomes judgement — materiality, boundary, strategy narrative — rather than data entry.

That is also what protects the practice when clients eventually bring reporting in-house, as some will. The firm that sold data entry loses the work. The firm that sold judgement keeps it.

SEC 2027 · 105 days

File with confidence, before the deadline files you.

Companies that start now collect a full clean year before they ever have to file. Companies that start late reconstruct one — and that is the expensive part.

Check your deadline

Four questions, and you get the year you first file, the framework, and what to collect first.
