When a disclosure exists only as a word-processed document, every downstream step is manual: someone re-keys figures into a portal, someone else checks them, and a third person finds the discrepancy a week later. Structured data removes that class of error entirely.
Emvert holds each disclosure as a field with a value, a basis and a source, not as a paragraph. The document you read and the data you submit are two renderings of the same thing, so they cannot drift apart.
This also matters for the year after. A disclosure held as structured data can be compared, restated and rolled forward. A disclosure held as a PDF has to be retyped.
Submission channels and file specifications are set by the regulator and change over time. Emvert tracks those changes and updates the filing export; what it will not do is claim an integration it does not have.
